Guide
How CIRCLO works
CIRCLO connects people in Islamabad and Rawalpindi who own gear they don't use every day with people who need it for a weekend, a shoot, or a project. Here's what happens on both sides of a rental.
Renting an item
Find what you need
Browse or search by category — cameras, tools, camping gear, event equipment and more — then pick a start date and time and the number of hours you need on the listing page. You're billed by the hour.
Send a request
Request the time slot you want. You won't be charged yet — the owner reviews and accepts or declines first.
Pay the rental + deposit
Once accepted, you'll see exactly what's due — the rental fee plus a refundable security deposit — and where to send it. CIRCLO confirms receipt before the handover.
Pick up, use, return
Both you and the owner upload a quick "before" photo at handover and an "after" photo at return, so there's a record of the item's condition on both ends.
Get your deposit back
Once the owner confirms a clean return, your deposit is released. If anything's disputed, see how deposits & trust protection work.
Listing an item
List what you own
Add photos, a description, a category, and your hourly rate and deposit amount. It goes live on the marketplace right away.
Review requests
When someone wants to rent your item, you'll see their request under My Rentals — accept or decline it.
Hand over, get paid
Once CIRCLO confirms the renter's payment, hand the item over and log a "before" photo. After a clean return, you're paid out — minus CIRCLO's commission.
