Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CIRCLO. You must provide accurate, current information about yourself and your listings, and keep it up to date. Identity verification (CNIC and selfie) may be required before you can rent or list items.

CIRCLO's role

CIRCLO is a platform that helps owners and renters find each other and manage bookings and payments. The rental agreement for any item is directly between the owner and the renter. CIRCLO does not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed and is not a party to the rental itself.

Responsibilities of users

• Owners must list items they are entitled to rent out and describe them honestly.
• Renters must use items with reasonable care and return them on time and in the agreed condition.
• Both parties must communicate through CIRCLO and follow the agreed pickup, return, and deposit arrangements.
• You may not use CIRCLO for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Deposits and disputes

Bookings may include a refundable security deposit. If an item is returned late, damaged, or not returned, the owner may open a dispute and submit evidence. CIRCLO will review the evidence from both sides and decide how the deposit is applied. Our decision on deposit disputes is final for the purposes of the platform, but does not prevent either party from pursuing other legal remedies.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account at any time if we reasonably believe it has been used for fraud, provided false information, or otherwise violated these terms or put other users at risk.

Liability

CIRCLO provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the condition, safety, or legality of items rented, or for the conduct of any user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
